2 eggs, 100 gr flour
80 gr cane sugar
10 cc vanilla essence
10 gr chopped walnuts
20gr figs or chopped raisins
2 tbsp baking powder
Plums and Figs with Cabernet Nohue.
In a bowl add the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla essence (beat in a water bath) until it rises in size and the sugar crystals melt, then add the flour, the baking powder and the chopped nuts mix carefully gently and wrap finally prepare your mold and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Once ready, let it cool and cut the Cake into 3 parts filled with Plum and Figs with Cabernet Nohue, cream and red fruits.
