• 300 gr Camembert cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper Muscat Jam Nohue

We cut the cheese into small squares, we pass each small square through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs. We repeat again for the beaten egg and for the breadcrumbs so that it does not crumble.
We place the cheese on a plate and leave it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Fry the squares in plenty of hot olive oil. Brown it on both sides and drain well on absorbent paper.
